Restock

We will consider restocking items that have been requested by many customers.

If you would like to request restocking items, please make a request on the product page.

Specific information regarding restocking will be posted on our official Instagram account .

I haven't received an email

There are three possible causes for this:
・There was an error in the email address you entered.
-Due to the recipient's email settings, the automatic reply email from support@mayo-suzuki.com was rejected.
・It has been sorted into your spam folder.
The email will be sent from "support@mayo-suzuki.com".
Please set up your email account to allow emails from this address and try again.

Gift wrapping

We will wrap all orders before shipping, but we are currently unable to offer special gift wrapping.

Points

You will earn 1 point for every 100 JPY spent on your order.
Additionally, customers who have registered their birthdays will receive 500 points on their birthdays.

The points you have accumulated can be used as 1 JPY per point.
Points are valid for 12 months.

To use points, enter the number of points you wish to use on the cart page and select "Use points."

Please note that points cannot be used in conjunction with coupons.

What is paidy?

What is paidy ?

It will issue an invoice on the 1st of each month, with finalized billing amounts due at the end of the month, and will notify you by email or SMS by the 5th of the month.

Payment methods are convenience store payment (via a terminal installed at a convenience store), bank transfer, and direct debit.

The payment deadline is the 27th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit payments, the payment will be debited on the 27th.

Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (invoice). For convenience store payments, the fee is up to 390 JPY (tax included), and for bank transfers, the customer will be responsible for the transfer fee. For direct debit payments, there is no payment fee.

Cancellation of orders

We may be unable to accept cancellations as we begin preparing your order for shipping immediately after confirming it.
Depending on the progress of the work, we may not be able to refund shipping costs.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees vary depending on the delivery region as outlined below.

¥1,300 – Hokkaido
¥900 – Aomori, Iwate, Miyagi, Akita, Yamagata, Fukushima
¥800 – Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Niigata, Yamanashi, Nagano, Tokushima, Kagawa, Ehime, Kochi, Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima
¥700 – Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi, Mie, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama, Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi

For domestic orders totaling ¥25,000 or more, shipping is free of charge.

[International Shipping]
A flat rate of ¥5,000 applies to all international orders
Please note that import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery details

We use Sagawa Express for domestic shipments and FedEx for international shipments.

Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery date requests.

Estimated delivery times
Domestic shipping: 1–3 days after dispatch
International shipping: 2–10 days after dispatch

Please note that deliveries to remote islands, or delays due to natural disasters or large-scale events, may occur.

For pre-order items, shipping will follow the schedule stated on the respective product page. Please review the details carefully before purchasing.

Changing your shipping address

Please contact us via CONATCT with your order number and updated address information.
*Changes may not be possible depending on shipping conditions.
In that case, you will need to contact the delivery company yourself.
The cost of forwarding the item via the delivery company will be borne by the customer.
