Except in cases where a product is defective, we do not accept returns or exchanges after an order has been placed.
While we conduct thorough inspections before shipping, if you receive a defective item due to our error, we will accept a return or exchange within 7 days of the item’s arrival.

Refunds

If you received an incorrect item, a defective product, or an item damaged due to our fault, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please send the item back to the address we provide.
