Shipping Fees
At Mayo Suzuki (hereinafter referred to as “our brand”), shipping fees vary depending on the delivery region as outlined below.
[Domestic Shipping – Japan]

¥800 – Ibaraki, Tochigi, Gunma, Saitama, Chiba, Tokyo, Kanagawa, Niigata, Yamanashi, Nagano, Tokushima, Kagawa, Ehime, Kochi, Fukuoka, Saga, Nagasaki, Kumamoto, Oita, Miyazaki, Kagoshima

¥700 – Toyama, Ishikawa, Fukui, Gifu, Shizuoka, Aichi, Mie, Shiga, Kyoto, Osaka, Hyogo, Nara, Wakayama, Tottori, Shimane, Okayama, Hiroshima, Yamaguchi
For domestic orders totaling ¥25,000 or more, shipping is free of charge.
[International Shipping]
A flat rate of ¥5,000 applies to all international orders.
Please note that import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Details
We use Sagawa Express for domestic shipments and FedEx for international shipments.
Orders are generally shipped within 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate specific delivery date requests.
Estimated delivery times:

Domestic shipping: 1–3 days after dispatch

International shipping: 2–10 days after dispatch
Please note that deliveries to remote islands, or delays due to natural disasters or large-scale events, may occur.
For pre-order items, shipping will follow the schedule stated on the respective product page. Please review the details carefully before purchasing.
Damages During Delivery
We take great care to ensure that all products and packaging are shipped in good condition.
However, minor damage to the outer box may occur during transit.
If the product itself is unaffected and usable, we kindly ask for your understanding regarding any external packaging damage.
Address Changes
If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us via the Contact page and include your order number and new address details.
Please note that changes may not be possible depending on the shipment status.
In such cases, please contact the courier directly.
Any forwarding fees charged by the courier will be borne by the customer.
Re-delivery
If an order is returned to our facility due to reasons such as “long-term absence” or “unknown address”, the re-shipping cost will be charged to the customer (cash on delivery basis).
