Shipping Schedule

Orders completed by 11:59 PM (JST) on Wednesday, December 24 will be shipped by Friday, December 26.
Orders placed after this time will begin shipping sequentially from Monday, January 5.

Customer Support

Our customer support will be closed from Saturday, December 27 to Sunday, January 4.
Inquiries received during this period will be addressed sequentially starting Monday, January 5.

Please also note that our distribution center will be closed during this time, and therefore we will be unable to process exchanges or replacement shipments during the holiday period.
